Fire District Meeting Information

Fire District meetings occur on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 PM at Station 2, located at 750 Grooms Rd, Rexford, NY 12148. These meetings are open to the public. Additionally, budget workshops are scheduled for September, with a public hearing to finalize the budget in October, also at Station 2.

Fire District Election Schedule

The Annual Election for the Vischer Ferry Fire District will be held in December 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vischer Ferry Fire House, 360 Riverview Rd, Rexford, NY. The election is for one (1) Commissioner for a five (5) year term.
